First Page is Up, kind of

So I got the first page of
my website
to look the way I want it to look. I am just appaled at how much time you can waste on getting the background color just right. The difference between IE and NetScape is odd. I have decided that I do not care. I need to make a stab at filling in the front page and the six pages mentioned on the first page. Then I need to post the start of the novel.
